Kingfisher’s dedicated Technical Sales team is a valuable resource for customers across the UK.  All members of the team are fully trained to produce take-offs and complete quotations. The majority of quotes have a maximum turnaround time of only 2-3 days and various options can be included within them, for example, comparisons between different systems, finishes, backing and components. Your project requirements will always be discussed in detail and options can be offered to suit different specifications, budgets, and aesthetics.

The team is always on hand to answer any queries on quotations and staff are happy to attend meetings to review take-offs, quotes, schedules, and any other details. They are also happy to accommodate visits to our manufacturing facility, allowing customers to not only see the products during the various fabrication stages, but also to receive basic training on the Kingfisher systems if desired. This can really help gain a better understanding of the range and its applications.

In order to provide a quotation, customers must provide their company information, project name and location, drawings, schedules, Bill of Quantities, sizes, specification details or an overview of the purpose of the louvres.

The Kingfisher Louvres office is based on the same site as our manufacturing facility in Pinxton, Nottinghamshire.

Our manufacturing team has a wealth of knowledge from over 20 years’ experience of fabricating louvres and we undertake all our fabrication processes in-house. Such processes also meet strict quality control standards which ensure that our products are not only made to the highest standard, but also that they meet the ISO 9001 quality standard, ISO 45001 Health & Safety standard, and ISO 14001 environmental standard.

Working alongside the manufacturing team means that Kingfisher’s Technical Sales team is on hand to welcome customers on site for factory tours, provide training on the Kingfisher range and its applications, and to view the processes we use to manufacture our louvre products. As Kingfisher is part of the wider Building Product Design Group there are many varied processes to see at our manufacturing facility and there may be additional items that Building Product Design can support your business with.
