Louvre Doors

Kingfisher’s louvre doors provide an access solution, whilst maintaining the continuous louvred appearance of an elevation.

We can manufacture single and double doors in a wide range of different blade profiles, which can be installed as a stand-alone access door or integrated into a louvred screen or elevation. Our doors are constructed of Aluminium extrusions, and consist of a head and jamb frame, threshold, leaves and furniture. The front of the door leaf is supplied with our factory-fitted extruded blade clips, and blades are supplied to be installed on site.

Single doors can be supplied up to 3m2 in area and double doors up to 6m2. We have a standard range of door furniture including pull handles, cylinder and lockcase, gas stays and on double doors we supply a bolt to secure the slave leaf in place. We can also supply panic furniture; standard inclusions can be confirmed on request. If any special furniture is required, we would try to accommodate this and on provision of a furniture specification our engineer will check if this can be incorporated within our doors. Kingfisher’s bespoke hinge design means the door leaves open within the depth of the frame, ensuring that there’s no blade clashes.

Doors can be supplied, mill finish, PPC or anodised so will suit a wide range of specifications. The Kingfisher range of doors provide an aesthetically pleasing access solution, with a tested louvre system, proven for weathering and ventilation performance. The doors can also be supplied complete with insect or bird mesh, factory-fitted to the rear of the leaves.
